There are likely a dozen other answers you could give, but whatever the reason(s), we are here to help break the cycle. Making time for yourself can be difficult. To help accommodate your busy schedule, we meet one day per week for 60-90 minutes per meeting. We’re taking you back to school!

Our 12 week program will teach you about:

  • Nutrition – what and when to eat
  • Exercise – a little goes a long way
  • Grocery shopping
  • Healthy meal planning – Cooking for one or for a family
  • And much, much more

What’s covered in a typical class?

Each of the twelve classes will have a different topic relating to weight management. Topics range from “The Importance of Protein”, to “Fact or Fiction – Fats and Carbs”, to “Fast Food Doesn’t Mean Fat Food”. Just like in middle school, you’ll have a homework assignment each week, which we will review at the beginning of each class. You’ll also receive a workout program for each week including both strength and cardio routines.

“I don’t have time to go to the gym!”

Not to worry! Our workouts are designed to give you the biggest bang-for-your-buck in as little at 15 minutes per day. Each week, you’ll receive efficient, calorie-blasting workouts you can do in your living room or at the gym.

“I don’t have time to go grocery shopping or cook all the meals.”

We’ve heard this one a million times. We will help you to find ways to cook several meals at one time, and plan your grocery shopping around your meals. However, if this is still a problem for you, please check out our trusted partners who can help!
