DR Fitness Systems is pleased to announce that the T.O.S.S. (Throwing & Overhead Strength Systems) Kentucky program has launched! T.O.S.S. was created to reduce injury prevalence and improve performance among athletes playing: baseball (also football quarterback), softball, tennis, volleyball, and swimming. These sports have similar motions through the shoulder girdle and subsequently have similar movement dysfunctions that result from the sport-imposed kinetics. Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Class June 3rd

DR Fitness Systems is hosting an Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification Class on Sunday, June 3rd at 2pm.  The cost is $25/per person/couple for CPR training and $25/per person/couple for first aid.  Participants will receive their certification through the American Heart Association.
